NextSunset Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026.

Short version

NextSunset collects nothing automatically. There are no ads, no tracking, and no third party analytics. Your location never leaves your phone.

Location

The app uses your location, heading, and speed on your device to work out the next sunset. That information is used only on your phone to do the calculation. It is not sent anywhere, stored on any server, or shared with anyone.

Feedback

The app has an optional feedback form. If you choose to send feedback, only what you type is sent: your name (optional), your email (optional), and your feedback text. It goes to the developer at [email protected] so he can read it and reply if you left an address. It is delivered through the site's email service. Nothing else is attached to it.

Tips

The app may offer an optional tip jar. Tips are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer never sees your payment details.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here.
